a little oasis
comfortable bed cool air conditioning nice view friendly staff
I booked the king room with a balcony and it was so relaxing. the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room cool. the balcony had a nice view (overlooking the pool!), a perfect spot for my morning coffee. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the location is a little out of the way, so i relied on the shuttle service quite a bit.

The breakfast by the pool was an really good experience, with a selection of dishes offered daily. I enjoyed fresh fruit and pastries. the service was attentive. Staff ensured i had everything i needed during each meal.

the pool area is well maintained. the shuttle service to the train station was very convenient and ran on time. i appreciated the pantry setup, offering water, coffee and tea.

while not directly in the city center, the location provided a quiet retreat. the free shuttle service to the bts station made exploring accessible. the hotel is tucked away, giving a sense of privacy.

adequate stay, but some issues
the staff was professional. they provided convenient shuttle service to the bts.
the soundproofing was terrible i could hear everything my neighbors said. i was also annoyed by a regular talking and watching tv.

Really good Service and Comfort
friendly staff shuttle service delicious breakfast
The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. A shuttle service to the nearest train station made getting around very easy. The breakfast choice had many options and was delicious each morning .
I found only one hook in the bathroom for a towel which was slightly inconvenient.

helpful staff fresh cookies floating breakfast
The staff was very helpful with taxi arrangements. i appreciated the fresh cookies offered. i also enjoyed the floating breakfast. It was a special touch.
there was just one hook in the bathroom, not enough for multiple towels.

pool access peaceful hotel yummy breakfast old equipment single hook missing fan
i enjoyed the direct pool access from my room. the hotel was peaceful. the breakfast was yummy (i really liked the fresh fruit).
the shower equipment seemed old. i noticed there was only one hook for a towel in the bathroom. also, there was no fan in the bathroom (ventilation was not optimal).
